
APPLE CRISP WITH OATMEAL TOPPING
Ingredients
- 5 cups apples peeled & sliced
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
TOPPING
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, lemon; place in 9x9 dish. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over apples. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Extra yummy when warm with vanilla ice cream.
