
CREAMY BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or 6 thighs if preferred)
- 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for lighter version
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs optional, for extra crunch
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place chicken in the prepared dish. Spread the creamy Parmesan mixture evenly over each piece. Sprinkle panko crumbs on top for a golden crunch. Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes, depending on thickness, until chicken reaches 165 degrees F internal temperature and topping is golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
