
CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES
Ingredients
- 2 pounds russet potatoes thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 9x13 baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan, whisk in flour, then milk. Stir until thickened. Add 1 cup cheese, season with salt & pepper. Layer potatoes in dish, pour sauce over, repeat layers. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 45 minutes until golden and bubbling.
