HALLOWEEN DEVILED EGGS

- 12 hard-cooked eggs, halved
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 24 black olives
Instructions
Scoop egg yolks into a bowl and set egg whites aside. Mash yolks with a fork until they become fine pieces. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper to the yolks. Mix with a hand-held mixer until mostly smooth and well combined. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Cut whole olive in half. Put one half of olive for the spider’s body. Thinly slice the other half for the spider’s legs. Put four legs on each side. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
