Cranberry Cream Cheese PinwheelsPrint Recipe
- 4 soft flour tortillas
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 bunches green onions, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Thoroughly mix cream cheese and garlic salt. Spread evenly on tortillas. In a small bowl, stir together cranberries and onions. Sprinkle evenly over cream cheese spread. Lightly press cranberry and onion mixture into cream cheese. Roll up tortilla and trim off ends. Using a serrated knife, cut each tortilla into 10 pieces. Place on platter and cover with wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
