Banana Pudding Cups

- 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 14-ounce cans sweetened condensed milk
- 5-ounce package instant vanilla pudding
- 5-ounce package instant banana cream pudding
- 5 cups cold milk
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 8-ounce containers of Cool Whip
- 8 bananas, sliced
- 20 ounces of shortbread cookies
Instructions
In large bowl, mix cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add in packages of vanilla and banana pudding, milk and vanilla extract. Mix on low for about 1 minute, slowly turning up until high speed. Mix for 4 to 6 minutes until thickened and smooth. Fold 8 ounces Cool Whip into pudding until combined. Crush shortbread cookies in zippered plastic bag. Place a little portion of cookie crumbs in bottom of each cup. Layer each cup with pudding, crumbs, banana slices, pudding and then Cool Whip. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 3 hours.
