PARMESAN CHILI-LIME GRILLED CORN

- 6 ears of corn, unhusked
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup freshly chopped cilantro leaves
- Juice of 2 limes
Instructions
Fill large bowl with water, mix in 1 teaspoon sea salt. Preheat outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Drain corn. Grill corn while still in husks for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally, until outside is very charred and corn kernels are tender. Remove corn from grill; let sit for 10 minutes. Peel down husks and brush each ear of corn with melted butter. Sprinkle with chili powder, Parmesan cheese, cilantro and lime juice; serve immediately.
