LOW COUNTRY BOIL

- 6 quarts water
- ¾ cup Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 Vidalia onions, quartered
- 2 lemons, cut in thirds
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 pounds new potatoes
- 3 16-ounce packages cooked kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 12 ears fresh corn, husked, cleaned and quartered
- 4 pounds fresh shrimp, headless, deveined and unpeeled
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Heat a large pot of water on medium-high heat. Add Old Bay Seasoning, onions, lemons and garlic; bring to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Add corn and sausage; cook for another 8 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain immediately, garnish and serve.
