JALAPEÑO CORN BREAD

- 21 ounces cornbread mix
- ½ large onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2½ cups milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 can creamed corn
- 4-6 ounces diced jalapeños
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9×13 pan. Mix all ingredients together. Pour in pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when checked. Enjoy!
