AMAZING RIBS

- 2 2-pound slabs of baby back pork ribs
- Favorite barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon granulated onion
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl to make dry rub for ribs. Cut each full rack of ribs in half, making 4 half racks. Take dry rub mixture and rub into ribs. Wrap each half rack in aluminum foil. Bake for 2½ hours. Preheat outdoor grill for high heat. Remove ribs from oven; let stand 10 minutes. Remove ribs from foil and place on grill. Grill ribs for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Brush barbeque sauce on ribs while they are grilling, just before serving.
